Note for new members: The performance will only have some contestants in each event and the rodeo will be about 3hrs long. For those who do not get "in the show", you will compete in the "slack". The rodeo secretary will fill the slots "in the show" first before she takes entries in the slack. Therefore, if you want to be in the show, call in early! If you want to be in the slack, you will have to keep calling back to see if the show is filled.

This is a newer, covered arena. Lots of bleachers, restrooms. The arena is part of a big sports complex. There are no stalls or hookups. Remember to be considerate in your parking and staking out of horses as many people will be camping this weekend.
Special Note:
Because of the Gay Rodeo is during the Cotton Pickin Fair...
To all GHSRA Parents: At the Dublin rodeo you will need to see Jan Huddleston for your ARMBAND that you will NEED for ENTRY to the GHSRA Rodeo to be held in Gay, GA on October 2 & 3, 2009. These armbands are FREE to ALL 2009/2010 GHSRA contestant PARENTS & SIBLINGS. I will be pre-selling tickets to the rodeo performances for Grandparents/Friends, etc. at the Dublin Rodeo also. Adult tickets are $10.00, Children 6-12 are $5.00, 5 and under FREE.
To make it easier on YOU and the person at the Contestants Gate please have the armbands when you arrive at the Gay, GA rodeo. They will need to be shown when you DRIVE THROUGH to the Contestant Parking AREA and then again, when you walk-through the gate to watch the rodeo. If grand-parents, friends, etc. are going to be parking at your trailer, they will need to have a pre-sale ticket or arm-band to enter the CONTESTANT PARKING GATE !
Thanking you ALL in advance for your cooperation!
Jan Huddleston
